Pyrography

Postby Gerry » Sun Sep 02, 2007 4:35 pm

Hi
I hope someone can help me. I am looking for Pyrography classes also where I might be able to get patterns and books on the subject. Pyrography is the art of burning designs on wood and I have recently been given a present of a Pyrography machine.

I am hoping this machine will enable me to discover some well hidden artistic talent, any help is appreciated.

I have seen them. It is like a soldering iron kit, with detachable needles. They heat up and blacken or singe the wood for effects and writing. Have a look on eBay for different models.
